In this case, if the company made the cancellation of the tour for some reason based on the force majeure we listed. The company will refund full 100% of your depost/fullpayment. The company has no responsibility of any other Expenses.

We allow Traveler to make a Reschedule minimal 4 Weeks before tour date. We don’t 100% guaranted the availability of the Boat/Cabin/Room you have booked on the choosen date of the tour. But we try to offer you with another Boat/Cabin/Room. Any upgrade will charge on Traveller.

If the company Reschedule the tour on Departure date because some reason as we listed on the Force Majeure. Company reserves the right to replace the vessel to another on the same price Boat/Cabin/Room.
Molaslino Wisata Nusantara Tour cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties, and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom (50:50). In particular, the travellers alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any change in the trip, following the event of force majeure.
