- Secure your tour reservation by made 50% down payment
- Rest payment must be settled min 14 days prior your trip date
- If any payment, still not arrive to our bank account until last date of your tour. You will recharged the same amount. Leave us your Bank Account and we refund once your payment reach us.
- We provide Company Bank Account + 10% Tax
Any complaint about boat or any sort of our service must be informed during the tour. So, We’ll try our best with the solutions. We don’t accept any complaint after you done the tour !!!!!

Cancellations Made By Travel Agent
- If Mmb Komodo Tour/Molaslino Wisata Nusantara, might cancel the tour on the day tour (Day 01), because we face problem with Boat Engine, We will refund 100% of your Full Payment.
- Regarding on the point 1, Company will try to find an alternative boat with same type and price. Your Payment will be no refunded. Of course under your agreement.
- Travel Agency Has no responsibility of Any other Expenses.
Tour Reschedule

We allow Traveler to make a Reschedule minimal 4 Weeks before tour date. We don’t 100% guaranteed the availability of the Boat/Cabin You have booked on the chosen date of tour. But we try to offer you with another Boat/Cabin. Any Upgrade of the Boat/Cabin will charged on Traveler

If Company Reschedule the Tour on Departure Date because some reason as we listed on the Force Majeure. Company reserves the right to replace the vessel to another on the same price vessel/cabin/room
Force Majeure
“Mmb Komodo Tour/Molaslino Wisata Nusantara Tour cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties, and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom (50:50). In particular, the travelers alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any change in the trip, following the event of force majeure.”
